My experience with TV Ears

I just set up my third set of TV Ears. Yes after 5+ years of constant use with each set they finally pretty much give up. The 2nd set I knew was very tired so I got set number 3. The 2nd set still had some life left in it but I was ready for my new set. I tried set number 3 and ohhh my gosh!!! For me they are heaven on earth!!! I wish my hearing aids had the clarity my TV Ears have. It is sooo comforting to be able to hear so clearly. Thank you TV Ears with all my heart.

I can hear the tv

I am hearing impaired, and I use to have the tv so loud! But now I can hear every word! Thanks to my daughter who bought me tv ears! I can turn them LOUD, and no one but me can hear my tv! Thanks tv ears for making my life easier!!!!

Really works. Great Customer Service.

I needed help in setting up. Called Support and I got JR. He listened and gave me step by step instructions. He waited for me to do one step. I did what he told me, and then went on to the next step. He was friendly and had such wonderful patience and gave such good instructions. I really was amazed. Usually you don’t receive great customer service. Wish all customer service representatives were as great as he was! And the TVEars work wonderful for me. I’d highly recommend them to anyone and with the excellent customer service from JR, this is a great buy.

Can't get along without them!

We bought 2 pair at Costco back in 2010. We have since purchased many more of them as they wear out. We have them in 3 rooms at each TV. It eliminates the need to have the tv sound on. Much easier on our cats.

Why TV Ears work better than hearing aids

Wearing hearing aids to watch television is not ideal because everything in the room gets amplified such as the dishwasher, air conditioner and other people’s voices. When you wear your TV Ears background noises are eliminated and the only thing that gets amplified is the sound of the television.

Not only is it easier for me to hear dialog and it is much clearer with this new speaker system. I can easily discriminate speech sounds and background noise is substantially reduced. Great Service at no additional cost to me!

I had the single set, which at that time were with the long wires as connectors, for several years? My husband he agreed after trying mine, far better reception, and we went into the double unit that now are wireless, if I am saying that right. This is my second purchase of the dual unit. We’re happy with the product and service. The last unit received is fine except one receiver has an issue. TV Ears, resolved the issue and you have already sent out a new. Great Service at no additional cost to me! Hopefully We will continue to enjoy TV Ears for many more years! Thank You
