The new TV Ears Voice Clarifying 5.8 Digital Headset can receive audio up to 50 feet away and penetrates walls for listening to TV around your home. The TV Ears® wireless headset weighs only 2 oz and is designed to rest under the chin so it won’t mess up your hair, become hot, or uncomfortable.
It also features naturally angled ear tips designed to fit comfortably inside the ear canal and direct the sound straight into the ear. The headset has 4-6 hours battery life and features our Voice Clarifying Circuitry®. Also, features Large Volume and Tone Controls knobs for easy adjustment of audio settings.
We have studied the anatomy of the human ear and created an improved acoustic experience by changing the angle of the audio output in a more ergonomic style allowing for better audio reception.
By setting the angle of the ear tip, we have created an unobstructed path for the audio to travel from the headset’s speakers right through the ear canal. This direct audio path provides a much clearer and richer TV listening experience every time.
In addition to acoustics our headsets contain Voice Clarifying Circuitry® which dampens background sounds, so voices are not muffled by music, special effects and other loud busts of sounds commonly found in television soundtracks.
The TV•Ears® Headset features a new charging mechanism that wraps around the prongs in the charging base providing a more secure fit and ensuring a consistent charge every time.
We call this Snap-Fit Charging. You will notice that when you place the headset in the charging base and push down on the headset that it will actually ‘snap’ into place and the charging light will illuminate.
You can be sure the headset is getting a proper charge when the headset is ‘snapped’ into place and you see the illuminated charging light come on.

Every TV•Ears® headset comes equipped with TV•Ears® Slide Tips that comfortably conform to the shape of your ear. These advanced Comply™ Foam ear tips conform to the shape of your ear to provide an acoustically sealed chamber that blocks distracting background noise while enhancing the clarity of the television’s audio.

TV Ears are uniquely classified as “Assistive Listening Devices” which allows them to have features that other TV headsets cannot such as our patented “Voice Clarifying Circuitry ” and 120 decibels of volume.
This is a very common problem exacerbated by multi-channel audio tracks and super thin televisions that have the speakers pointed down or even backwards. Soundbars can help but they produce a surround-sound experience which can make it even more difficult to understanding television dialog.
The best solution is a headset or a speaker that amplifies human speech frequencies (500 to 2500 Hz) and reduce background sounds (0 to 500 Hz) so the television dialog jumps out from these complex audio tracks. Hearing aids are designed to do this, but they amplify every noise in the room. TV Ears also does this but has the advantage of amplifying the television dialog directly into your ears.
