We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 2 PM EST will ship same day. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping
Your order may take longer to ship if we’re experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created.
It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.
On average, USA orders are delivered within 3-4 business days after fulfillment, sometimes sooner. Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process before shipping.
Ground Shipping Rates
Small Orders (≤3 accessories): $5.95
Example: 1 accessory, 2 accessories, or 3 accessories.
Medium Orders (1 system + 1 accessory): $12.95
Example: 1 system and 1 accessory (max).
Large Orders (2 systems OR 1 speaker): $15.95
Example: 2 systems (not speakers) or 1 speaker.
Express Shipping Rates
Small Orders (≤3 accessories): $14.95
Example: 1 accessory, 2 accessories, or 3 accessories.

Shipping Damages
TV Ears, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Product Returns
To return a product, follow these steps.
1) Call us for a Return Number: We cannot accept returned products without a Return Number.
2) Write the Return Number clearly on the package you are returning: Again, we cannot accept returned products without a Return Number. It must be clearly and legibly written on the outside of the package.
3) Ship the Product Back: Ship the TV Ears® product back in it’s original packaging or in packaging that will protect the contents during shipping. Shipping costs are not covered by TV Ears®. The shipping address for returns is:
