1. The TV Ears Brand Ambassador Program (the “Program”) is available to individuals and businesses that apply and are approved by TV Ears, (“Brand Ambassadors”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. Brand Ambassadors will earn a 20% commission on the net sales revenue generated from each referred customer who orders ONLY on TVEars.com using the Brand Ambassadors link or custom promo code for up to 15 days from the date a referred customer visited the Brand Ambassadors link.
3. Referred customers must be first-time customers of TV Ears, who have not previously ordered from TVEars.com or applied any TVEars.com promotion and have clicked on a Brand Ambassadors link.
4. Payouts will be made weekly for all completed sales transacted prior to the payout. A minimum of $100 commission balance is required for payout.
5. Completed sales are those that have been paid in full for at least 30 days.
6. Brand Ambassadors will have access to dedicated Brand Ambassador support, sales/marketing tools, and the TV Ears Brand Ambassador portal. Brand Ambassadors can make their own promotional materials provided they respect and comply with TV Ears trademark rights and brand usage requirements. See https://www.tvears.com/trademarks. Misuse of TV Ears trademarks or using Brand Ambassador promotional material for any other purpose, may result in the termination from the Program.
7. TV Ears may allow Brand Ambassadors to create custom promotional links and various email/website banners to incentivize their prospects to order. The promo links must include the Brand Ambassador’s link and/or promo code.
8. In order to receive payouts, Brand Ambassadors will be required to supply a valid Payment Email Address. TV Ears uses Paypal Payouts for fast, weekly payouts. If you do not have a Paypal/Venmo account you will be prompted to create an account to claim any approved commissions and for future approved commissions.
9. Brand Ambassadors are responsible for their own taxes and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Reports of total sales and commissions will be available in the TV Ears Brand Ambassador portal.
11. By joining the Brand Ambassador Program, Brand Ambassadors agree to be opt-in to all communications from TV Ears. Periodically we will send Brand Ambassadors best practices, tips, product updates and other information. If Brand Ambassadors opt-out of email communications, TV Ears reserves the right to terminate their participation in the program. 12. These terms and conditions may change from time to time. TV Ears reserves the right to modify the commission percentage, the terms and conditions, or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason.
