5-Year Limited Warranty Terms
This 5-year limited warranty covers product failures for a period of 5 years after the original purchase date. The warranty is only valid if the product was purchased directly from TV Ears or an authorized reseller. Warranty registration is highly recommended but not strictly required for coverage. First-Year Coverage & Customer Mail-In Steps
If the product fails within the first year, it will be repaired or replaced with a refurbished model at no charge. No RMA number or upfront transaction is required to initiate this process. Customers must complete the following steps to claim their warranty:
- Package Your Defective Unit: Place the defective hardware securely in a shipping package. (Note: Returning your broken item is mandatory for First-Year Protection).
- Label for Customer Identification: You must clearly write your Name, Phone Number, and/or Email Address on the outside package shipping label, or include a written note with this exact contact information inside the box. This is required for our team to match your package to your account.

- Processing Timeline: Once your package is physically received and matched at our facility, your replacement or repaired unit will be processed and shipped out within 7–14 business days at no additional cost to you.
Years 2–5 Coverage
For the remainder of the 5-year period (years 2–5), return for repair is not an option. However, the same or equivalent model will be offered for purchase at 20% off the current MSRP. Verified proof of purchase or original receipts are not required for this tier, but you must provide your headset's serial number when calling. Returning your broken item is not required.
