Shipping policy
Order Processing and Shipping Timeline
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Same-Day Shipping: Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same day.
- Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for order fulfillment. During periods of high volume, processing may take longer.
- Tracking: You will receive a notification and tracking number via email once your label is created.
- Delivery: On average, domestic orders are delivered within 3-4 business days after fulfillment.
Shipping Regions and Costs
- Shipping Regions: We currently ship exclusively to the United States
- No Free Shipping: Please note that we do not offer free shipping. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination.
Domestic US Shipping Rates
Rates are determined by the total weight of your order. Please refer to the table below for examples of what typically fits into each weight tier.

Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We are unable to ship Express orders to PO Box addresses. If a PO Box is detected, only Ground shipping options will be available.

- TV Ears Speaker System (SKU 21290), TV Ears Speaker Only (SKU 20234), Battery (SKU 40880), TV Ears Long Range 5.8 Digital System (SKU 22741), or TV Ears Long Range 5.8 Digital Headset (SKU 22621).
Shipping Damages
TV Ears, Inc. is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim.
