At TV Ears, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied, we're committed to making your return experience seamless, hassle-free, and straightforward—no complicated steps, no runaround.
The 30-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Consumables: Due to hygiene and safety standards, batteries, ear tips, and other consumable products are non-returnable.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different TV Ears® model, simply return your current item and place a new order.
How to Return a Product
Returns are fully self-service through our online portal. —just three steps:
- Start Your Return: Visit www.tvears.com/returns and enter your order number and email. No account or login required.
- Get Your Label: Your return is auto-approved instantly and a prepaid shipping label is emailed to you right away.
- Pack, Apply Label & Ship: Securely pack your TV Ears® product in its original packaging, apply the label that was sent and drop it off with the designated carrier. Your refund will be processed once the package is received.
Understanding Your Refund
To keep our prices competitive while offering the convenience of prepaid return labels, two amounts are kept from your original payment:
- Original outbound shipping is non-refundable (this is what you paid to receive your order).
- A $15.95 flat-rate return shipping fee is deducted to cover the cost of your prepaid return label and return shipping.
All product taxes are refunded proportionally with the items. Tax on the original shipping line is non-refundable along with the shipping itself.

For a $100.00 product purchased with medium ground shipping at an 8% sales tax rate:

Shipping Damages & Defects
If your order arrives damaged or defective, our standard returns portal can still process your return automatically. Be sure to:
- Save Your Packaging: Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, as these may be required when filing a carrier claim.
- Document the Damage: Photos of the damaged item and packaging help us process carrier claims and improve our shipping process.
