To return a product purchased directly from TV Ears or www.tvears.com, follow the steps below:

1) Call us toll free at 888-883-3277 Monday - Friday 6am-6pm PST and request help with your TV Ears product.

2) Ship the product back to TV Ears in original packaging or in a box that will protect the product during shipping. Include the original packing slip or write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to:

Warranty Coverage

TV Ears 2.3 - Comes with a 90 Day Limited Warranty from date of purchase.

TV Ears 3.0 - Comes with a 5 Year Limited Warranty from date of purchase.

TV Ears Digital - Comes with a 5 Year Limited Warranty from date of purchase.

TV Ears Inc. warrants these products against defects in material or workmanship for the length of time specified from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover batteries, ear tips, set up adjustments or signal interference issues. The warranty also does not cover cosmetic damage or damages due to acts of nature, accident or misuse. Shipping charges are also not covered under this warranty. All warranties are void if repair is attempted by someone other than TV Ears, Inc or if the product is taken out of the US.

5 Year Limited Warranty

This 5 year limited warranty will cover defects in manufacturing and product failure for a period of five years after the original purchase date. If your product fails or breaks for any reason within 180 days of the original purchase date it will be replaced with a new product of the same model at no charge. If your product fails or breaks after 180 days of the original purchase date and up to five years after original purchase date it will be replaced for 50% off manufacturers suggested retail price with a new product of the same model. If the model you purchased is discontinued you will receive a new or similar model.
