Returns
Products must be returned to the original place of purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
To return a product purchased directly from TV Ears or TVEars.com, please call us toll free at 888-883-3277 Monday - Friday 7am-4pm PST. You will be give instructions on how to return your product and properly identify it as a return.
Items sent to TV Ears, Inc. without identification or notice will be refused and returned to the sender.
Warranty Information TV Ears warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship. For a period of 90 days for the 2.3 system and 1 year for the Original or The Professional Systems. From the date of purchase, the TV Ears headset, transmitter and all parts are under warranty and will be replaced at no charge to the owner. Proof of purchase in the form of a paid bill of sale or credit card receipt must be presented to obtain warranty service.
This warranty does not cover battery, ear tips, set up adjustments or signal reception problems. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident or misuse. All warranties are void if repair is attempted by someone other than TV Ears, Inc. Always use Original TV Ears parts and accessories.

Lifetime Service GuaranteeThe Lifetime Service Guarantee provides you with an affordable way to exchange your TV Ears system. Here are the services and fees (shipping fees are not included):
For the 2.3 MHz System:

$39 for each replacement headset in exchange for your old headset.

$69 for each NEW TV Ears system in exchange for your old TV Ears system. Exchanges must be model to model, does not include turning in one model for a different model (i.e., you cannot turn in a 2.3 MHz model for an Original model).
For The Original:

$59 for each replacement headset in exchange for your old headset.

$99 for each NEW replacement TV Ears system in exchange for your old TV Ears system. Exchanges must be model to model, does not include turning in one model for a different model (i.e., you cannot turn in an Original model for a Pro or Home Theater model).
For The Professional:

$69 for each replacement headset in exchange for your old headset.

$149 for each NEW replacement TV Ears system in exchange for your old TV Ears system. Exchanges must be model to model, does not include turning in one model for a different model (i.e., you cannot turn in a Professional model for an Original or Home Theater model).

To obtain warranty service you must request and be furnished with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # and ship the TV Ears product back to the TV Ears return department in the original packaging or packaging that affords the same amount of protection to the product. To obtain the RMA# and address please call 1-888-883-3277.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA# CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE OR SHIPPING LABEL.
DO NOT TAMPER WITH INTERNAL PARTS. NEVER SUBMERGE IN WATER OR EXPOSE TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
