In some models there may be one or two analog audio ports available but they most likely get used for other purposes leaving you to wonder how to hook up your TV Ears transmitter. To ensure that you enjoy the premium listening experience that a TV Ears listening system provides, TV Ears has developed a product to take care of this need, the TV Ears DAC.
TV Ears new Digital to Analog audio Converter (DAC) gives you the ability to connect any of your TV Ears transmitters to a digital audio out port.
The TV Ears DAC converts the digital audio signal from your TV, cable/satellite box, or DVD player to an analog audio signal. The DAC patch cord delivers the analog audio signal to your TV Ears transmitter allowing you to enjoy TV sound through your TV Ears.
Compatible with all TV Ears transmitters, the DAC stacks underneath the transmitter for easy installation. The DAC only works with PCM sound (no Dolby® digital).
